small air intake problem!

Hey guys,


I have an Injen air intake for the 1kr-fe engine (which I have)
but fitted for the Toyota Aygo (same eninge).

The shit part is... the air intake is banging against the shock absorber (i think it is) of the engine.

Here's a pick:

As you can see... the pipe is going down right after that black cylinder on the left.

Anyone has an solution on how to fix this (nothing too costly)...

I can't get my head around the orientation of that engine. So used to the 1NZ-FE with the throttle body and all breathing apparatus over in that cavernous unused space to the right, in front of battery.

Where does your intake begin and end?

It starts in the back. then going to the left side and down the engine and there it ends... :P
