I am looking at turboing my 1nz and was just seeking advice on pros and cons of this build.

I will be using toybox racing for parts and advice but would like any information you guys might have to offer ...

Don't go to tbr. They have an awful reputation and a questionable at best owner.

I would read through all the boost threads you can. There is alot of information there that would probalby answer all your questions. If you have specific questions that you can't find, ask away.
