I was test driving a 2012 yaris today, 1.33 petrol variant.
Is it normal for the biting point to be quite high? It wasn't outrageously high but it was slightly above halfway. The car has only done 30k, one woman owner (not that I'm implying anything by the latter).

Yes it is, and a very common gripe that people have about the M/T equipped Yaris.

I'm gonna use the thread as a taxi and not open a new 1 xD
So a few days ago my car biting point was low ( pedal near the floor) and suddenly it started to get higher (pedal halfway). The biting point feels soft like it's slipping. I have a Luk clutch that i bought at amazon just in case since I bought the car used :/ Just for curiosity, are these signs that the clutch at some point is going to fail? :iono:
