Dealers and Aftermarket Parts

hey guys, i have a quick (maybe stupid) question, This is going to be my first NEW car, ive previously had 8 year old cars, so i was wondering if the dealership service will install afrermaret parts that im not sure i can do myself? like the NST pulley

I would only go to the dealer if I was installing TRD parts, and I wanted the extra warranty. I would (and have) taken my Yaris to a reputable local shop to have the work done. It took about 15 min for the shop to get my NST pulley installed, and about 5 for my TRD exhaust to get done.
