Greetings from Southwest Florida! I've just purchased a new 2016 Yaris L in Super White. I commute across the state and put about 24,000 miles a year on a car, so the Yaris was exactly what I've been looking for. It's sporty, good looking, and economical. I look forward to modding and learning about this car. Thanks for making this site fun and informative.

Congrats and welcome.

Did it come with the stubby antenna?

Hubcaps off = instant improvement, imo

Thanks! Yeah, it came with the stubby antenna. I took the wheel covers off because it's easier to put air into the tires on a regular basis. I ended up leaving them off as it does look better. I'm trying to decide between 16 inch and 17 inch wheels right now. Any advice is welcome!

It's understood that 15's and 16's are best for performance and 17's are going to be for looks. I went with 17's. I don't have any performance mods and I think 17's look perfect on these cars, especially when paired with a nice drop. I've got some pics in my garage. If you plan on trying to make your car quicker, you're going to want to go with some lighter 15's or 16's.

Nice!

205/50/16's work very well on the car (and look great).... with stock suspension or with a mild drop.

That's what I'm going for when I finish wearing out my original factory 195/50/16 tires.

Thanks guys. I think I'm leaning toward 16's just for a compromise in comfort/performance/looks.
