Hey guys. Lighting question once again lol I have a set of led cubes lights on the front of my car. They aren't hooked up too anything currently. I also have a light bar on the front too but that has its own harness. I want to wire the cubes to the high beam switch. How would I go about doing this?

No idea of how to do it. But I really want to see some pictures from you car with these leds ;)

I'll try to get a picture in the next couple days! I drive to work in the morning and it's dark and when I drive home it's dark. But I'll try to get one for you. Doesn't look bad imo

I will wait for them ;) it might be an interesting visual change and practical someone without fog lights

I'm not an electrical/wiring expert, but I'd assume you'd tap into the high beam wire, run it to a proper relay, relay to positive of the battery, and relay out to the LED cubes. So when the high beams are on, it'll trigger the cubes to turn on too.

I was close. lol. You can use this as a reference (scroll down to "1. Adding driving lights that come on with the headlight main beam"):

So instead of the low beams, you'll be tapping "terminal 86" to the high beams. I'll be doing this with my X5 LED foglights if they fit somewhere. I'll wire them to the parking lights.

Thought it over again today and I think I'm just gonna wire them into my light bar instead of cutting into factory wiring. It just sketches me out a little bit. Bought some self stripping tap connectors so I won't have to be hacking you wires completely. And I tried to upload a picture but it wouldn't work!

Posi taps should be fine, as well as the splice connectors. Nothing sketch about them as long as you use the proper size connectors.
