Can you post pics of it please? On Toyota's site it looks like a dark purplish-blue and i'm hoping it's actually closer to a neon blue in person. And second question is about being legal...I know that in CA at least you can't have those in the car when you're on the road, but I was told that if it's installed at the dealership it's ok...is that true?

What's illegal about interior lighting? I thought only certain exterior lighting (license plate/headlights areas) was illegal.

Do the police stop people and say 'freeze!...hands up...let me see your under dash lights!!!'

Hey Redyaris, here in lawrenceville, them asshole cop can give you tickets with anything that blue, in or out your car except the headlight.

I got ticket for a blue light that flashing to the music in my car. it's cost me around $50 bucks.

You have got to be kidding. Nice to know bored officers are out there nabbing you instigators for your interior flashing lights when raging maniacs are tailgating, weaving in and out of traffic, and generally causing road rage and death on metro Atlanta roads. These individuals are seemingly free to do as they please (see the story about the road rage knife murder recently?)....
