how can I tell if my 15 SE has an overhead wiring for a auto dim rearview mirror? also what type of rearview autodim mirror comes oem on a 2015 yaris?

You Can just buy this one, Yaris has standard wedge mount.
And it shall just have ignition plus and ground.
The Toyota one is also a gentex just more expensive.

Then you will get dissapointed there is no Toyota logo on the original Toyota.
Its exactly the same.
Here is a used one from a yaris hybrid with a different mount because it has rain sensor.

I've nabbed a few of those auto dim mirrors out of Nissan garbage and some Prii that have the homelink built into them as well. I put them into my silver and white Yarii but I still need to install the one I got that's extra fancy with a compass too into my black Yaris.

No, they're normal car mirrors from a Prius or what have you. Not the clip on thing.

then you have to switch on your overhead lights to operate the mirror. the power mirrors are always powered so you need to tap into the powered mirrors lines.
