You can grab it thanks to the Micro Image forum: http://www.microimageonline.com/forums/showthread.php/4232-YARIS-FILES

You may find some wiring differences to you Australian Yaris, as the manual is for the USDM Yaris, and thus far no one has ever seemed to track down the proper one for your area.
