do you guys run aftermarket shift boots?

Lets see your setups. I dont like this cheap rubber shift boot, does anyone know of an OEM that makes a plug and play replacement, or of a good DIY replacement?

Note that you definitely should buy with it the metal frame for the base (they install the leather around the frame for you; otherwise it's a huge pain). Also note that with this boot you will need a short shifter (or you can tell them to make it extra long and it should fit the stock rod). For the price, I recommend them highly.
