For anybody looking, my dealer has a white Yaris "S" auto with sticker $17,150. Dealer is McDonough Toyota in Staunton, VA. I just saw it last night and had to see for my own eyes.

Not really a white car lover but this one did look rather sweet. If you want maybe your dealer can do a car exchange.

Good lord that's expensive. You can get a Corolla S for $17,000.

well, I would pick a Yaris over corolla any day. But it's just me, I pay mine for 20K.CAD and yeah, i could get a corolla for same price, but I go for the lesser evil.

Another thing tho, does anybody got pics of white sedan? I really wants to know how that turn out.

no, at the time I think it was like 16K for auto, plus A/C..blah blah blah, taxes.... it added up roughly 20K. yeah, no shit. Remember I got mine at January and the rate was like 6.2% or somethin'.

wow, didn't think it would make that much difference, mine is stick, so i guess mine would have been 18k if it were auto.

Aero is the sports package, but with power windows, locks, etc

I wish i was in the states, so much more cheaper, its because of GST/PST here in ontario. I'm paying like 2900.00 CAD in taxes.

ahh... thanks. no wonder it come close to 23k. yeah, tax sucks, but at least we will 'kinda' get a 'lil' relief in about a month or so. taxes will be down 1% in Ontario.

Yeah, you can get the Corolla S for same price but the Yaris is cool looking but the Corolla S is pretty bland. And the Yaris is new and people look at it as it is new. The corolla has been around for too many years. Very reliable car but no "wow" look to it.

To me, the Yaris always seems to have more character than the Corolla and its fold down rear seats offer a high degree of versatility that is not found in the Corolla. Both models should be good though. I would say that the choice should really depend on who wants what.
