Hi friends, I am in the market for a used Yaris in Canada; I have been looking at postings online for a few months now and they are either ridiculously high in mileage (we go by km in Canada), asking waaayyy too much or significantly rusted.
I came across a listing I'd like to look at for a 2007 Toyota Yaris RS with 220k km/ 140k miles, and the seller is asking $4999.
Given the mileage, will I get significant longevity on this Yaris, and what price should I offer since I find the asking price a bit high? (tell me if I am wrong here)
Regarding my usage: my commute to work is very short, only about 12 km (8 miles) each day, round trip.
I also like to take a couple road trips a year:
-one of my road trips is 755km (470 miles) round trip
- other road trip is 300km (185 miles) round trip
Can I expect this car to last me a long while without costing me a fortune to maintain?
What is the most you'd pay for this car?
