Woohoo! Been driving a friend's 2001 Saturn SL1 for the last few years.. was purchased in Illinois and didn't get AC. Imagine the shock when moving to Texas. The Saturn was also black. How do you spell "oven"? (hint: S-L-1).

Test drove a Yaris with the convenience package and loved how peppy it was, and infinitely more "me" room inside than the sedan. I was always eating my knees in the Saturn and it was awesome (albeit ironic) to be able to throw my legs all the way out and sit up straight in the Yaris, which is much much shorter. Huzzah to Toyota! Also opted for the power package and passenger armrest over the convenience package... power windows/locks are just too good to pass up at this point, and the package price seemed mighty fair considering the upgrades it offers.

*antsy for it to arrive* Better fuel economy AND more sprint-y.. pinch me!

Day before yesterday it came in, a week ahead of schedule.. most fun car to drive I've ever been in! Driven everything from semi-luxuries to the likes of the awful Chevy Suburban for work... this is hands-down the most fun I've had driving. Three cheers for the liftback!

It's not at the Oasis, but at least I had m'cam with me. Gee, I hope my parking space is big enough to fit all this cool :)

lol my issue is usually the yaris doesn't take up a whole parking space so i gotta remember not to move up too forward or else other people won't be able to see it behind other cars

Maybe it's regional: I've only seen one red LB, it's here for sale on my lot (Laurel Toyota/BMW, Johnstown PA.)
It's the only one I've seen first hand. Looks great! I guess here, the Polar white sedans rule; there a million of them, mine included.

I am a Yaris virgin, but I just bought a metallic blue hatchback. There are not many where I live in NH.

SpoiledBrat, go to usercp. That's where you can change your avatar. Although, there's a size limitation and it took me forever to find mine.

no problem. i hate computers sometimes. They need to fix themselves instead of making me fix them.

I noticed that I have wanted to drive all the time now too hahaha. It is so comfortable to drive and easy handling. I love it! I would live in it if it were bigger hahaha.

Sounds sweet astroman! The best thing about driving is that you don' have to worry about stopping for gas as often lol.
