dynamat or cascade?

so this ebay guy states Much DYNAMAT product is asphalt based.

CASCADE Sound Damping material is vinyl based.

Vinyl based damping materials offer the following benefits:



· Equal or superior damping with lower weight.

· Less smelly off-gassing

· Molds into contours better, less need for a heat gun

· Light weight & quality adhesive reduces peeling.

Don't use the Dynamat - it is asphalt based. Use the Dynamat Xtreme.
