Steelies reconditioned, what do you think?

reconditioned the steelies on the wife's ride this weekend. picked up a set of chrome plated beauty rings, red lug nuts and air valve caps off ebay, a can of black gloss spray paint and 800 grit sandpaper from home depot all for the grand total of 75 bucks. i think the only thing left now is maybe hitting the tires up with some wipe new tires to really give a standout shine.

Dig it. Had the same setup on an old Toyota Corolla hatchback I had years ago, minus the red lugs and valve caps. Nice touch!

Looking good. I did the same with both mine and my wife's car 2 years back. It's back to the old rusted wheels now. Viva la winter.. Lol
