TRD CAI or TRD Rear Sway Bar
Alright if a vehicle has none of the above which is better to go with.
What makes the TRD CAI above the stock one? other than appearance. And whatm akes the sway bar so much more worth it? Is it because you can drive faster and feel smoother? converse fellas.

The CAI gives it a llittle better breathing at top end. The sway bar makes it more stable on the highway, less darty and much more stable in cross winds. And pitching it into a corner is way fun! And by the way, the TRD swayar is 19mmm, just like the Ultimate Racing 19mm the sell at Microimage.com ( a sponser of the site) But the UR bar is substantially less $ . They also sell the 23mm which is more jun yet!!

I'd go with the 23mm UR sway bar. Only reason I'm suggesting the sway bar is that I have it installed on my Yaris and I just love it.
I won't be getting a CAI just yet. Going to wait for the Turbo Kit Garm is putting out soon. Hope the turbo is within my budget. |

The sway bar will be far more useable. The intake is not going to magically make your car faster than everything else on the road. . . it will still be slow, except you'll have MAYBE 1 more HP, which you honestly won't be able to notice, unless you imagine it in your head like most people. The main benefit of an intake, IMO, is the deeper intake growl, which definitely can be worth it. But between the two, get the sway bar.

Sway bar first, before anything. My TRD is 22mm. You won't get more power but you'll be driving faster all the time. The car will feel 3x more go-cart than it does now.

Any reason why you are going TRD specifically?

Save some money. Get the UR 19mm anti-sway bar from MI. It's all you'll ever need on the road.

1. You can support a YarisWorld vendor instead 2. The UR sway bar is less expensive, and the same thing.

Be careful on buying a sway bar...chances are your going to end up having to buy tires sooner ;)
Not due to the part being there...bu due to the fact you won't stop being able to fly around corners :)

It means that you will take corners faster because it's so fun and with the sway bar, your car will handle it easier going faster around the corners. Sooo the price you pay for faster speeds around corners is worn out edges on tires.
If you can contain yourself and drive normal speeds, you have nothing to worry about. But the ability is there if you feel the urge :)
