"Offical" YarisWorld.com DIY Manual
The long awaited () DIY manual v3 has finally been "completed"
What is it: A collection of all the Yarisworld DIY's that I could find, put together in a nice PDF "book". I have given credit to all orig authors, there is link to user profile from each entry in the book that was created by them. I have also gone through and tried to correct all spelling and grammar errors that M$ Word could find. Link: http://www.esnips.com/web/yarisworld/ (all older versions of the book are avl. for download. v3 is the newest) - 9.2Mb PDF File Contents: -----------------------FYI Basics on car stuff Facts etc------------------ ----------------------------Audio/Visual------------------------------------ 3dr Speaker Install Change Radio/Radio LCD Color Lift-back Rear Speaker Installation Replace Stock Stereo Deck Replacing Front 6.5 Speakers (LB/Sedan) Replacing Rear 6x9 Speakers (Sedan) -------------------Bodywork, Painting, Exteriors, Wheels-------------- De-badge Your Rear End Hatch-back Spoiler Install Headlight Housing Color Change Tint/Vinyl Your Tail Lights Undercoating Your Inner Wheel Wells --------------------Brakes and Suspension/Handling-------------------- DF210 Spring Install Strut Tower Bar Install Type 1 Lower Bar Install ------------------------Interior Modifications----------------------------- 30 sec Door Removal Back Seat Removal Big Foot Mod Custom Trunk Liner Remove Door Panels Remove Door Panels (pics) Tach Installation ----------------------Lighting and Electrics------------------------------- Add Remote to Factory Keyless Entry Center Control Knob Color Change Change Your Gauge Cluster Color (sedan) Disable Daytime Running Lights Disable You Seatbelt Alarm (on/off switch) Discreet Mounting of 12v Adapter HID installation Power Outlet Mod Power Rear Hatch --------------------------Other & Maintenance---------------------------- --------------------------Transmission & Performance------------------- Install Grounding Kit Megan Header Install Extra Info: I have also included a link to the user profile as well as a link to the orig thread in both the Table of Contents and at the top of each DIY. Along with that I have included a crappy little intro page, a "thanks" section, and also an empty "F.A.Q" section. an questions or comments about the ways its setup please let me know and I will edit accordingly. (below are two screenshots)

I am putting together the new version now. I just have to finish reading an "Acrobat How-to" guide I found the other day so I can attempt at creating:
Links to the site, and hopfully even a Clickable contents directory. any updates will be posted here. -vodka

yes, thanks to all that have contributed. I have just finished creating all the "new" DIYs and have edited all the past ones to include a link to the orig thread. I however had to work off old files, and will have to run spell/grammar check on all the articles again... but oh well.
And I did figure out how to create the "Clickable" Table of Contents; so that will be included. I will also most likely put a "DIY link" page at the end of the article. And lastly I have edited the "welcome" page; edited size of pic, create a link to the registration page as well as a link to the forums. If anyone have any ideas on what should be added/removed please let me know asap so I dont have to do it later
