How to determine proper wheel offset?
I know, I know, I don't even own a Yaris yet, so why am I asking silly questions?
PURSUIT OF KNOWLEDGE! I was just curious how in the world you even start to choose your wheel offset? Does the dealer offer you recommendations, or do you just have to guess, or what? Is there a formula based on your total tire diameter and width? Inquiring minds wanna' know! I did use the search function, but only found tips on specific tire/wheel combos. I'm looking for info that will help me figure this stuff out on my own when the time comes. ~YR
