Nice pics Jill. I remember passing that area on the way to Tijuana.

What all tourists do. Buy up big tax free. I bought 2 litres of Bacardi and some aftershave as well as a Betty Boop handbag for mum (she's a huge fan). My wife bought up big on fragrances too.

I like the shopping down there, we went there on our honeymoon and had to go back. The only thing I don't like is being hassled by every shopkeeper to come in and have a look.

No rental car. We drive on the left hand side of the road here in Aus with the steering wheel on the right hand side. We thought it best not to drive whilst in USA as you all drive on the wrong side of the road and from the passenger seat

We went down there by Greyline Coach America. It's a safe tour. I remember passing the Dolly Parton monument on the way...... (nuke power plant that looks like a set of tits with nipples on top (near camp pendleton)

And we're standing by to receive him. It's pretty freakin' cold here right now, but that's New England for you. I hope you packed his warm clothes...

I have some good trips lined up for him when he arrives.

Still a bit cold for that, esp since there are no boats in the water yet.

I'm kinda surprised that no one has tried holding Bambo for ransom yet.

Assuming he arrives on time, he'll be in the Yaris for the Cape Cod Courageous Old Timer's Rally. Not a real WRX-style rally, more of a scavenger hunt around Cape Cod - winner is the one who travels the least miles. GPS and hand-held Streets&Trips not permitted.

Here's a question - how long have you guys been holding onto Bambo? Do I move him along after a week, or a month, or just when I run out of things to do to ... errmmmmm - i mean "with" ... him?
