^ yes. Not enough buyers to warrant design and production. I do have a very cool new vented hood coming for the sedans though.

^Garms been talkin about getting some custom CF hoods from overseas checkout AEimpex.com and then go bug garm ALOT until he gets em. heheh

is it gonna be a funtional vent? putting a hole in the hood is not as easy as it sounds, things get wet = steam coming out = visibility issues, electrical shorts... anyone aware of where our plug wires and battery is located???

Yes, the vent will be functional, and placed as shown. I'm well aware of where the wires and battery are located on the Yaris.

I've never heard a Celica owner (which has a very similar vented hood configuration) complain about steam coming out, much less steam causing visibility issues.

I have a Seibon hood with a very large vent, and there are no issues with rain and steam, or electrical problems of any kind.

Motors get steam cleaned, right?
