I burst out laughing at the first one. Probably that chick was too busy yakking on her cellphone to put her car in park (because, unless you're seriously distracted, I don't know how else you can leave your car in neutral like that).

Ouch! I almost hit a car that was in neutral and no driver that rolled from a church parking lot. It jumped the curb and hit a parked car.
