I say if youre getting the rear bumper painted anyways, have the bodyshop modify it prior to painting and keep your center exit. Shouldnt cost much more (probably less than getting a new exhaust). Any competent bodyman can cut out the section of the bumper with the cutout, the center section of the bumper, and swap them out grafted perfectly while keeping the factory lines of the bumper youre using... whether its fiberglass (easier) or plastic.
