You need to go stand alone with a manafold pressure sensor or recirculate blow off gases back into the intake. I just installed a hose to recirculate my BOV gases and my car has never run better. I would buy a BOV that you can attach a hose to. Just a sugestion. This project is sure to bring some heavy stress but if you finish it your car will be a lot more fun to drive. Good luck.
You can run a BOV, just run the MAF before the throttle body instead of the turbo inlet tube. It's called a blow through setup. Put BOV anywhere upstream from the sensor (12'' away suggested ). You will get no stalling because the MAF won't know the BOV is open.

This is an example ... one of our kits

I put my BOV on the intercooler, Grand Am style.

I bought all the stainless pipes, 02 sensor bungs and a stainless flex joint to make a down pipe. Then I mounted the turbo and manafold and drove the car to a couple of exhaust shops. Until I found one that would work with me. Just make sure your oil feed and return are on. The idea of a pressurized mass air does work with a blow off valve. I just dont know how much that effects tuning. I have never seen a pressurized mass air sensor from the factory. One very important thing. Make sure the oil return line enters the top of the oil pan above the oil level. If it is submerged it will be restricted. I learned the hard way.
Got lots of smoke from the exhaust.

Unless I'm missing something, the thing in the way is your A/C compressor not your alternator.

You really just need to bring your car to a performance shop. All those pipes are universal bends not cut to length. Intercooler looks like it will fit, it helps though if you dont mount it upside down. Crashbeam has to go.

Ya that intercooler is way overkill. It will cause to much turbo lag with a small turbo. Mine is only 5.5 inches tall. I bought a universal intercooler and pipe kit off ebay. Still needed to buy a second 2.25" pipe kit to finish.

I'm learning the hard way if you can't tell by the questions I ask and the way I'm doing it all wrong. Yeah, do you remember the vendor you got yours from, pimp. I thought about doing that route. Nobody in town will do this for me. Not even the suggested names on this thread. I figure I wanna learn this anyway, so I just post pics and ask questions, and hope I dont get bashed too badly. Thanks for all advice.

Is it self explanatory to remove? Or should I do a good bit or forum searching.

Don't remove the crash beam, just get a smaller intercooler. That thing is so retardedly large I can't even think of when it would be useful.

Aha, found the kit for about 200. How much piping did you end up using from the second kit? Also, i see the bov it comes with, but do you think mine will do fine? How has your bov held up?
