This guy lives close to me and is selling his new turbo

Item for sale is a brand new turbo kit for a Yaris. I bought this kit for my Yaris and sold the car before I had a chance to install it. This kit includes turbo, air intake, piping, intercooler and piping, wideband and all hoses and v-band clamps as well as exhaust/turbo manifold. This kit is good for about 10 lbs of boost and should give about 100 hp over stock

its listed for 400 but he dropped it to 250. he bought it for 600.

what do you think?

He bought it for 600!? I'd steer clear lol. That has bad idea written all over it.

Some pictures and info on the kit is definitely needed though.

yea.. for 250 though? if its a name brand wideband with sensors and/or guages.. id say that alone is worth 250.. u could easily use the hardware like the piping and stuff to make a custom turbo. but focus is right.. we need pictures and part numbers.

i wanna say the intercooler and tubing were universal and that the turbo WOULD fit the yaris and only the manifold is specific, but i could be way off. as soon as i get pics i will post them. thanks guys. i just dont wanna jump on something that isn't worth it, but the price seemed good enough to check on.

the guy said the turbo was jdm sport and the auto store told him it was most likely a garret. i have pics, ill try to post later.

It would most likely be a Garrett knockoff. Personally I would stay away from it...unless you are serious about a build down the road and would use the parts he is selling if they are good enough quality. A 250 dollar purchase that could cost you your motor or worse.

It was a great eight year run, but it was time to focus on other things. I'm still selling parts on eBay under micro*image seller ID and customers can still make requests for anything specific.
