A SUV hit me :(

My poor Yaris is hurt now.

I was driving south in the middle lane on a service road when this guy who was in a right turn only lane cut me off because he didn't want to turn and hit the passenger side of my car denting the door in and making the front bumper fly off. The bumper went under my car and was dragged until we both went to the side.

His car only had minor scratches but my car has dented areas and the bumper is detached. He told the police officer I was trying to make a right turn from the third left lane and that he was in the middle lane. We both have different stories. I just hope the damages show he hit me.

That's absolutely horrible - He made a right mess of your poor little car! At least you're ok and hopefully don't have any injuries from it! It still doesn't make you feel any better though! With luck it can be repaired with no lasting effects! And hopefully he gets what he deserves for lying about it!!

I think it's Yaris demolition week or something .. My poor car got swiped on Wednesday by a complete psycho who can't reverse out of angle parking - And then went on to scream at me on the main street of town for about half an hour about how I and my stationary car 100% in it's park is at fault. When I went to get a quote on repairs, there were 3 Yarii in there getting repaired/quoted - Completely heart breaking!

Lucky you weren't hurt.

If I ever heard an asshole make up a story like that, I'd demo his ass, officer-present-be-damned.

If there;s answer questioln to whose fault it is, just tell them to look at the damage. I meant at the ground
at the intersection, there would a huge scratch on the ground where your bumper was dragged

Sounds like a typical SUV-driving macho jackass. Take him to Small Claims. Chances are he'll be dumb enough to easily irritate the judge (especially if it's a woman) and lose quickly.

At least you're okay.
