I am seriously itching for snow now. Of course this probably means that we won't get any this year.

The 4" lift kit would be a mighty handy mod for those who live in areas that get a lot of snow.

I wonder how far I'd get down 684 before they'd call in an air strike.

Exactly! I could be plowing with my 14 MPG Xterra, but as a crazy Engineer, that would just be wrong.

PTO would be awesome. I am trying to find a hydraulic pump for cheap. I figure I can mount it where the AC compressor was. I would like to upgrade the plow from electric lift only to 4-way hydraulic actuation.

Woo Hoo, it's snowing like crazy here. We're supposed to get 3-5 inches overnight. So, it looks like tomorrow morning Crashy will get her first chance to plow snow.

Last night I installed 1" wheel spacers on the front, to eliminate the little bit of scraping when I cut the wheel all the way. I also finished rebuilding the plow lift motor and re-wiring the plow last night, so she's ready to go.

I am totally bummed! We got about 3" starting around 3 PM and then it warmed up to 34. I just got home and my driveway doesn't have a bit of snow on it.
