For Sale: Ultraportable Laptop

PRICE REDUCED!!

For sale is my Asus eee 1000HD ultraportable laptop. I bought this laptop toward the end of November of 2008 and just have not used it as much as I thought I would. I only used it at school, and not very often at all. The laptop is in top shape, with no visual or functional defects as far as I am aware of. It was $420 new plus the cost of upgrading the RAM.

Price is set at $280 shipped to anywhere in the US. Item will be shipped promptly using USPS. Any interested parties, please PM me.

The product specifications can be seen here: http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/asus...-33444610.html

This model has an 80 gigabyte hard drive and I have upgraded the RAM to 2 gigabytes. Included with the laptop are all of the original documents, packaging, power cord and soft zipper case.

The last two pictures feature the eee to the left of my Gateway laptop, which is of average size.

And the one from staples is an Acer netbook.
When it comes down to it, when I sold acer brand netbooks we got more of those in for repairs than any other netbook we sold. For a while, Acer was even beating out Dell!

If you're getting a netbook, get Asus. TWhile the only thing really lacking in this computer is the type of processor it has (I think just under 1 GHz) but it does come with 2GB of ram and a 6 cell battery, possible 5 hours of battery life (as opposed to Acers 3 cell battery)

Good luck with the sale!

I think he is referring to the marks in the first pic that are above the flash and to the right...they show up in the side by side pic as well...

Theres $20. and the CPU runs at 680Mhz I think. I have the 4G surf which is basically the same except its got a smaller screen. No doubt Asus is a better brand than acer. Id prefer the better cpu/video in the acer but thats just me.

I have a white dell mini. Which is basically the same thing. Comes with a camera and bluetooth upgraded memory the works. I think i payed 249.95 for it from dell when it was on sale last month.

Just got a windshield mount so now i can use it with my bluetooth can obd2 reader to see live data while im driving such as rpms air fuel ratio, horsepower etc. And then plug in the ipod cable into the headphone jack off the labtop and listen to music as i drive as well.
