Hubcap scratch!!!

Damn it!!! I hit the curb, and it scratched the rear right wheel hubcap.

What to do???

Buff the hell out of it?

Nothing major, it just pisses me off!

Dude... the car is totalled.

You may as well sell it for scrap now.

Try to contact someone who replaced their steel wheels with alloys. I had 4 steel wheels and hubcaps, but I gave them to someone already. Maybe someone here would ship them to you for a fee (shipping+handling)?

Just a suggestion...

I scatched my OEM wheel covers pretty badly, but if you want it "fixed" get new ones. Obviously not from the dealer cause they'll charge you up the ass for some plastic cheap covers...what I did is go to any auto parts store and they should have some decent covers for pretty cheap...of course they have the super ghey plastic spinners, but spare yourself then again I'm sure you know better...otherwise if you have the $$$ go for some alloy's or rims! Or just take off the covers and go with the steelies. YAY! Just some suggestions, hope that helps!

If they are the 15" covers, someone is selling them individually on ebay. I just sold a set of four.

Well... the four hub caps of my Echo was badly scratched everywhere! I just sand it rapidly, then use the KRYLON Plastic Paint (silver) who dry in 5 minutes and BINGO! Four like brand new hub caps for a 5$ can (I use a half-can for 4 hubs caps). This paint give a kind of "satin" finish who is really awesome. It look better than stock!!

I 'echo' this. Whenever I get a scratch on the hubcaps, I just sand it down and spray it with silver spray paint.
