My yaris with a 'Storm'

My Yaris is in need of new wheels..

Found this Advanti 'Storm' series at the shop the other day. So I tried photoshop-ed it and it looks like this.

This wheel comes with 2 hubs , one is the Advanti logo thing , another is in red with Chinese character in stroke , means 'Storm' . I think it's pretty cool and kinda suits a compact car. What ya guys think?

Not bad looking. They remind me of Enkei RPF1's. I can't find any info on those wheels, but you might want to compare the weight/price against RPF1s, which are very light.

Not really feeling them, especially the polish/chromey finish. They remind me of generic tuner wheels.

Those same wheels in black would look better IMO.

RPF1 17" weigh 7.6kg while this Advanti Storm is 6.8kg with the same size.

Not bad huh??

That color is getting played out. Its like the new black for rims. Which will get played out soon. When it comes to modding its always good to try something different so you dont seem like any other generic modded car.

I don't care for the split-6, but I do like the 8-spoke wheel shown. What are the specs?

Either will work well with the correct size tyres. No 16"'s?

Think it's advised to put on the correct tyre sizes though. For me , I wouldn't go for Tyre 16" .

These are OEM wheel/tyre specs for the Vitz/Yaris:

14x5, ET45, 175/65/14 = 23.0
15x5.5, ET45, 185/60/15 = 23.7
16x6, ET51, 195/50/16 = 23.7
17x6.5, ET51, 205/45/17 = 24.3
TRD Option 18x7.5, ET42, 215/35/18 = 23.9

IMO The light grey dual 6-spoke looks better than the chrome finish one, but definitely just go with what you like the most.
