I have a question for the owner of the white LB with golden rims and rack on top of the car.
It seems like that rack is removable, am I correct?
I am looking to buy one and looking for a decent affordable snowboard rack. Also, what is that thing in front of the rack? Is it for aerodynamics so that you don't lose mpg when the rack is installed?

The Roof Rack Clamps on no drilling required. the Wind Fairing up front is a must, not only because it looks cool, but it reduces wind noise (and yes the noise is annoying).

Here is a list of parts you need for a bike rack or snowboard :
Thule Aero Foot Pack 400 or 400xt
Thule Fit Kit #2196 (this is for the LB only)
Thule 50" load Bars
Thule 871xt or 871 38" Fairing
and the appropriate bike or snowboard attachment.
If you need it for a Kayak, Cargo Basket, or Cargo Box you will also need the:
Thule 477 Short roof adapter.
I am building the Roof rack to accommodate a cargo basket.

I found all the parts used on ebay and craiglist, brand new the set up cost $300-400+ for just the first three items on this list, I have spent less than $200 If you need help piecing one together, just pm me.

Thanks a lot for the info. I will look into this. $200 is OK but $300-400 is little too much.
