so how do you hit the ignore button? I don't see one. It would be handy sometimes. (Example: someone wants to know the best place to buy a strut tower bar, and someone decides to chime in saying they are worthless and people who buy them are stupid.)

I agree with Nutzoids on some points also. If this forum only talked about cars, this forum probably would be empty by now. That's why forums have off-topics sections, to keep things interesting.

If you don't like the threads subject then "Don't read it", plan and simple.

Maybe we should have a "Goodie two shoes" section.

Honestly, there has been so much bitching on these forums lately it is totally taking the fun out of it. I hope in my heart of hearts that the FEW (and yes, it is only a few of you) who are totally discontent with the amount of mindless fodder on these forums delete their accounts. I've officially had it up to my eyebrows with these threads. Kurokoma... That is honestly one of the nicest things that anyone has ever said about me... and because of that, I promise you that I will not curse for one month! I can't really promise more then that, I hope you understand!

FYI: If you'd like to permanently ignore a user, you can do so from the control panel, like so:

Click on "User CP" at the top
Click on "Buddy / Ignore Lists" in the left menu
Add the offending person(s) username
Click on "Save List"
Yahtzee.

OTOH, the best "Ignore button" in the world is in your head, if you catch my drift.
