1zz throttle body
I have a 1zz throttle body that i had on my car briefly but couldn't get rid of the weird idle issues so i took it off. Works great, deffinately notice a performance differance when installed. PM me an offer on it.

Did you try adjusting the idle screw? That should fix it right up.

Will that resolve the cold startup 3k idle?

yup, the idle screw should be able to fix all weird idling issues. I stripped my screw already, so I wasn't able to fix the startup idle (which is not a big deal IMO, since it only lasts for a few secs. anyway). But I was able to fix most of the oscillations (I get ~500 rpm and only on rare occasions).
