Granted I tuned mine "down" to 91 octane (actually improved power and torque). The FR-S was actually tuned for 93 octane from the factory since the majority of the US has 93 readily available. I mixed 3.5 gallons of this 100 octane with the rest of my 91 octane to get a mix slightly higher than 93 octane. She mainly sits now days with DD duties going towards my Yaris, so I figured it'll be better to have that 93 mix in the tank.

Maybe 1/4 way done. Washed, Iron-X, washed again. Still gotta clay bar, Swirl-X, maybe polish, and wax. Iron-X is really pungent. I was wearing an R95 respirator, gloves, and eye protection when spraying it on. Even with the respirator, I could smell it. I heard neighbors down the street coughing too. Careful if you use it, and try to spray upwind. I got some overspray on my arms; luckily I don't smell that bad. Last edited by Kaotic Lazagna; 12-03-2017 at 10:39 PM. |

From the FT86club summer kick off show.
You can see Snow white at the very far back. Probably at least 150 cars. Last edited by Kaotic Lazagna; 12-03-2017 at 10:43 PM. |

Filled up with 101 octane on the way home too since she won't see another fill up for 2 months.

It was okay. I didn't know anyone, and it was way too hot to enjoy (I couldn't really think straight). I met up with NCVC after, and had more fun. haha

Since I plugged the sound generator tube from the cabin side, and since I haven't gotten her anything recently, decided to get and install this Perrin intake tube. This way I could fully remove the sound generator tube all together, and make the engine bay look cleaner/simpler.

Also went on an early 8am cruise with the (somewhat local to me) FT86club guys. I drove down 75 miles to meet up and do this cruise, that turned into a full speed run on the way back from the beach. I've never seen the slip indicator light go off so much before. haha
