I've posted this before, but every bank and insurance company I've ever dealt with used NADA (nadaguide.com) to determine a vehicle's value. This includes federal court (bankruptcy several years ago), my state government (worked determining Medicaid eligibility while I was in college), Progressive (printout straight from NADA when I totaled my car last year), and numerous other agencies. Personally, I don't look at anything else because I know whatever place I deal with will use NADA.
