I don't want it, just passing the info on. I actually spoke with that company (via phone) today. They are an OEM manufacture for the domestic auto market. I assume that the stuff must be of semi descent quality.

Nice... but that's for the sedan, though...

but those are just stick-on pieces that go over the original panels, right?

I know of a company here that can make full replacement pieces, they quoted me about $500 for the full set of trim pieces in REAL carbon fiber, or in various different types of wood.

Problem is, this is for our RHD, 5 door versions, so if someone in the US wants a set, the power window switches panels won't match.

Anyway, I plan to visit this company at some point in the future and see if they can't work out something for the LHD 3-door and sedan, but does the pricing sound reasonable? How many people would be seriously interested in a set?

I'd be interested in something like that, although it's not something I would invest in at the moment, especially with such a high price.

This does sound like a potential GB item though!

I actually spoke with them about a hood deflector and didn't know about the dash kit until after the fact. So, I am not shore if it is stick on.

BTW, does anyone over there have a tach that plugs in too the OBD II port?

But... for sedan only? WTF? What is this world coming to where the Yaris sedan all of a sudden has some cool accessories not available to the LB???

old timers

At least "old timers" can spell, "there" is a location "their" is the word you actually should be using, as in "their" POS stick-on dash kit is tacky and I wouldn't be caught dead installing it my car, but that weird kid who lives over "there" in Virgina thinks it's great.

You'll see it once and wish you never had. But you need to see it, absolutely.

It has been out of the theaters for some time, but still available at movie rental shops. I guess this weekend I shall become enlightened.
