Looking for a new exhaust
Does anyone have any ideas on what one I should get? I want a good sounding one, not like a bee buzzing or anything like that.
My friend has a Honda Civic and he has the Type R exhaust and it sounds amazing! I want one with a sound like that. Any help is much appreciated -Mike |

It sucks cuz im lookin for an exhaust too thats to my liking and that will acually fit my car and looks good.
I guess its impossible to find an oval shaped tip exhaust??? I cant find any anywhere. I really hate the circle look cuz i recon the yaris will look good with the oval look. Anyway i was looking on ebay for TANABA products in australia. Theres not much in australia, so i need your opinion on this exhaust? YA NO? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/New-TANABE-Fi...QQcmdZViewItem Though i wanna get the Tanaba Concept G

Its legit... its just a muffler. That is actually a really expensive muffler at that.
A 4" diameter exhaust will cause you to lose horsepower. You'll have no backpressure... great for FI, horrible for an economy car. I would venture to guess you could actually damage other components with a muffler that big over time. In short, don't do it. 2.5"-3" is PLENTY for this car without some type of forced induction. (Trying to hold in the flame I want to deal out to the person wanting to put a 4" muffler on a Yaris LOL) |

BUT MUM! I WANT A 4" EXHAUST................
now i dont know what to think. Too many peeps sayin i should get whatever i want, but peeps tellin me 4" too big, 4" is perfect, get a 5.5" and really impress people......3" is too small......3" will be good on your car. Damn exhaust, i just want one that has deep vocal sound to it. Is that too much to ask for? :(
