yours and mine i need to bring back tomorrow to make the holes but if you want ill ship yours w/o the hole, i have a nos system and i don't know if is the same, also the fab told me that if i use the silicone that is for making gaskets i will not have any problems and i can ask him about the anodize but hell probably charge more.

I'm willing to pay a little more for the anodizing. Please ask him how much it'll cost.
As far as the hole... I'm not sure. Might be tough to get it done around here.
I could post a pic of my fogger and compare it to yours?

Question, one side is designed for to install the 1zz throtel body and other side for intall on intake manifold but the size of the hole is biger than the yaris TB hole or the same diameter??? If this is the same, I think that the 1zz TB become like a 1nz TB!

The diameter on the 1ZZ TB is larger than the 1NZ TB. Hence the benefit of having the adapter to smooth things out.

@cruz-gsr: Here's the pic of my fogger:

Received mine today. This thing looks hot! Can't wait to do the install, though I just realized I'll need longer bolts or studs to bolt the 1ZZ TB and spacer to the manifold, since the OEM ones will be too short (and I snapped a stud the last time I tried this swap, so I've been running with 3 for a few months).

What are you guys planning to use in between the TB/spacer and spacer/manifold to ensure a good seal?

Please post the longer bolt size if/when you can. I'm still waiting on my spacer, so I can go get these before it gets here. TIA

Ditto. Actually, I have my TB and spacer, but I'd rather someone else be the guinea pig on this one. And I need the specs for the longer bolts.

The spacer has two holes: One with a regular 1NZ diameter hole in it, and the other one with a larger 1ZZ diameter. You need to attach it so the small hole is facing the manifold and the large hole is facing your 1ZZ throttle body.

Yes I know but if the hole is the same that original, what for use a larger thrtoel if you reduce de diameter. The 1zz throtel is juste to litel larger than the holl of intake manifold, so the spacer can be 2.2 ich to 2 ich, not 2.2 ich to 1.8 inch? I think :P
