my retrofit project dec 31st 2013

here is it fr TRS! sorry its a little messy and dirty but overall it was a fun project.. cutoff on the TRS is up there definetely can compete with luxury projectors..

Looks like a great job all around! I'd like to do something similar soon.
I gotta say... Looks a bit like your car likes to have a good time.

On related news, I wonder how some black eyelids (matched to your diffuser's color) would look like with those lights. Might be worth a quick photoshop to tell for sure, but I think it would complement the diffuser nicely since it seems the borders would match up perfectly...

I'm satisfied even with the cutoff a little slanted... Not a fan of eye lids either but that's just me..

Any worries about the red shrouds? Around here red within the headlight would very quickly result in an expensive ticket.

i thought of it as well..but red shroud vs red lights.. i dont know how and for what reason they gonna ticket me for having a red colored shroud..

Here you can't have any red within headlights (as it makes them look like tail lights). It doesn't matter if it is red lights, red reflectors, or red paint.

Nice job! You lucky hatch guys not having to cut everything a million ways :P

Mine's cutoff is a bit slanted as well. I think the Yaris headlight housings are a bit canted or something.

fixed the cut off on the right side since i had to open it up again due to moisture.. the cutoff on the left side is a little off but dont bother me..

For those with the Morimoto Mini H1, you can actually tweak it for a straighter, and more centered cut off:
