winter tires
It's getting colder by the minute so I guess some winter tires would be a good choice.
On my TS i have Toyo 205/45R17. I will replace them with Bridgestone Potenza 040 or 050 in the future. But right now, I don't have the slightest idea which are good winter, let's say "performance" tires. I guess I wont buy new rims, I'll just change the tires. Any recommendations? |

I found out that it is cheaper if I buy 4 tyres 185/60 R15 + 4 steel rims 15" (for normal Yaris) instead of buying 4 tyres 205/45 R17 (which are pretty rare in Europe).
I love especially studless tyres Nokian Hakkapeliitta R (very good for ice, snow and wet), Nokian WR G2 (snow, slush, wet), Bridgestone Nordman, Yokohama IceGuard Ig20 Last edited by MioTodo2008; 12-04-2008 at 09:25 PM. |

I would recommend any of the above mentioned Nokian tyres. The Hakka R is new and very good for mileage.
