There are no scratches at all, and I will even look them over again just to make sure.

It does include shipping to California, and yes I accept Paypal.

This a VERY good deal shipped. See what these run on Ebay.The shipping is usually about $8 EACH.
If I decide against rims, perhaps I'll treat my car to these.

PS; I you lost one to a pothole, you'd understand just how valuable these become to have stored at home...
