Ok BIG PROJECT for me...

Im planning to paint all my badges white........The question is what Spray Paint do i need to use and what primer and all that!!

Plus some of the adhesive will obviously rip apart from the badges, so what is an alternate adhesive to use to stick them back on!??

THANKS!!

I plan to paint them flat black too (orange Yaris). To remove 'em, take your hair dryer at heat 'em up, the Yaris and the Toyota badges pull off easily, the mid badge is more sticky and has two small pins. This way you keep the adhesive intact: just put them back once painted

No badges at this moment:

Yeah

Did they not offer one with a smaller diameter? Yeah actually now that I look I think a dual tip mufler in the center would look good. Have you installed the ground kit and what was your thoughts about it? The most I have heard is that it usualy just makes ur accelaration smoother.

The grounding kit is still sitting in my room, i cant be bothered installing it. Maybe when i can be bothered...

People say it increases HP.............but for me to be bothered installing it i need proof from other members if it does give more HP to the YARIS

My question again : What paint!?? :(

Grounding kit ≠ More HP

That's total BS, and if anyone tries to convince you that it does, that person is full of it.

the grounding kit will or should smooth your idle, and in the case of me removed the alternator hiss through the stock stereo... the only time you'll "notice" is if you have alot of electronics and your in a "draining" situation...

example: having a GPS, SIRIUS Radio, AMP, Neons turned on, while charging 2 cellphones made a really rough acceleration from 60-75mph;;; before installing a grounding kit that is.

I have read that too...In a car mag in Australia

but you can buy "specific" grounding kits for different cars. Though i think everyone here got "universal" kits thats why they aint gettin no HP.

Black yaris i got my Grille for i think 190AUD, availible in all yaris colours

:)
