Toyota Yaris > Dodge Ram

OK so I'm relatively new to the world of Yaris ownership, but I'm liking it a lot so far.

I had kind of a funny experience recently. One that sort of illustrates the concept of "It's not the car. It's the DRIVER."

So I'm running some errands, and I'm making a turn from the road into the parking lot of the store that I'm going to.

We had a lot of rain recently, and as I turned in, I spotted a big puddle in my lane.

It occurred to me that my car was a bit dirty...

So of course I gun it and fly through puddle, spraying water everywhere.

I happen to glance around to see if anyone saw me do that. In my rearview is a big old Dodge Ram pickup. So what does Mr. Tough Guy Ram Driver do?

Slows right down and drives AROUND the puddle.

Yup.

I laughed.

i love how guys in big trucks are the ones dodging manhole covers and crawling into parking lots over the slightest bump
