If I wasn't in Europe I would do it.

I would put a lawsuit and make them to find a way in order that my car gets that 35hp!

All those "chips" are just 5 cent resistors that you splice into your MAF sensor wiring. They fool your car into thinking the air coming in is denser. Bunch of junk, don't waste your money. 35hp.....ha...maybe like 1/2 a ponie.
