New owner from Canada
Hello ! I would like to start off by saying I wish I had found this web site before buying my Yaris , it has full of good information for future owners ! So I decided to buy a 2007 Yaris 5dr hatchback RS (used ) the car runs well & I must admit that it's fun to drive , the main reason was to have a 2nd car that will deliver good gas mileage , our other car is a pontiac montana ( we need the room for 6 (4 kids) , is there something a newbie like myself should know about this type of car or are they as good as the saleman say's they are ? thank's ~James.

Congratulations on your purchase, and a much sought after RS model at that.
Since it is a 2007 there is one thing in particular you need to be aware of. The ABS wheel speed sensors are prone to failure due to corrosion. There is a huge thread dedicated to the issue in the Canada sub-forum.
