To me this is just a foreign culture thing, they always push it to the extreme. |

Ok first of all I do understand its ur opinion and how you feel, but how can you say ANY camber is to much for you when there is people here with camber kit such my self and you can hardly tell it has camber. I bet you cant tell anyways if it has it or not and both the Honda and Toyota has it.

A bit of negative camber improves handling without affecting tire wear. So for those who want to improve their handling, camber is good. To each his own. Mutual respect. All that. Carry on.

For example, I can tell that someone's been adjusting things here... ...and I personally think it looks bad. I guess if you adjust things in a manner that's subtle enough that I can't tell, then it's good to me. Just the obvious stuff I think looks pretty silly. Quote:

If I see any odd wear on a tire though due to poor suspension choices I can't help but ask myself why, and shed a single tear for the poor car.... hahaha Seriously it's just because people in my parts have no clue what they are doing concerning suspension, lowering, camber. All the cars that are lowered are practically slammed on cut springs with ruined fenders ect.... |

... as it has been for decades. When I was in high school, lowering the back was The Thing, cars handled like pigs. After that, they lowered the front, cars handled like pigs. Then they lowered all around, cars handled like pigs, and couldn't get into driveways. All in the name of COOL.
I guess it has to do with where one is raised: I grew up in an old town on rough terrain, hence finding a straightaway for any more than a half-mile was about the limit, so handling was how one got from one place to another, straight line stuff didn't count. One thing us older guys learned: cool doesn't count. |

The guy in the picture in the OP should at least use motorcycle tires; they're made to work at those angles. They are even available up to (and over?) 300mm section widths, nowadays!

that Vdub would be sweet with sensible wheels and a non-ridiculous ride height.
