LB passenger seat convenience feature....

I'm curious why the passenger seat "convenience release"....the latch on the outboard side of the seatback....lets my passengers into the back seat.

But when I use this feature to gain access to the rear, the seatback does NOT return to the previous position, requiring a manual adjustment of the angle of the seatback.

Am I doing something wrong?

when you're putting the seat back in place, hold the lever up while you do it....then angle the seat back before you release it....thats what i do

yea the release completely releases everything, letting you adjust it easily back to any setting as well.
