How much will it cost to fix this? (scratched bumper)

I watch this guy pull out behind my parked Yaris, I knew he wasnt gonna clear it, nudged my car and took off luckly my neighbor knows him and trying to track him down. (btw I was not parked on the red curb, I shot the pic at an angle)

7 inch scratch, thru the paint, what do you guys think? it's been a while since I filed a claim with a insurance company, what to expect?
