Vancouver Newbie!
Hey Guys,
Just bought my daughter a one owner full Toyota Records, no accidents ... 06 LE 5dr Auto! She luvs it and we can't believe the mileage. I noticed last night that there is no lighting on the center console by the gear shift with the exception of the lock/unlock button? Makes it impossible to see your gear selection?? The 06 doesn't even display the gear selected on the instrument cluster? Am I missing something or do I need to look for aftermarket lighting. Also would like to get her the RS 15 inch wheels, or aftermarket wheels again in just 15 inch, and use the 14 inch steelies for snow duty. Any suggestions? Cheers, TIA |

Welcome! Always nice to have another Vancouverite here. If the letters on the shift pattern are translucent, one could easily wire a light below the shifter to get illumination.
