This is very tempting. Every time i see someone with a forged build i feel like taking the plunge. But i constantly remind myself that its my daily drive :P

Keep up the good work.

PS: Going overbore or stock bore?

Well the engine has already been running with a turbo...and has been tested on an engine bench test...so this part is no big deal

The rest is just some small stuff to had..

Pulleys new manifold new stud..install gauge...fuel rail....

Powdercoating all lolll

Engine management will be wired before so it makes easier the install

Too early :) engine has only 45k kms. But i have been eyeing that pt tuning short block for a while. If shipping is reasonable then maybe i will splash out.

When turbo is done I want to build a second engine....but this time...build it my self since this one was bought already built and fuly tested....

I do all that mostly to learn and have fun....it became a passion like 2-3 years ago...

Will pick up a 50k engine...sleeve it...forged pistons and rods...new bearing....new all :D loll

and try a big turbo...with a manual tranny echo ! I really want to try these small car :) Mine is a sedan...

There you go.

We dont have any workshop which can balance the rotating assembly here. So in future i will just get the short block. Works better this way.
Not too sure what to do about keeping a 8k rev limit. Some use the yaris cup springs.
Need to research a bit on this.

PT tuning, I've only heard really good things about them. We can also build short blocks for West Coasters...

sounds good....the only thing I dont like is shipping the block to USA from CANADA...where I live...

I really would like to try to build it on my own but its a risky job.....Ill finish turbo first...and see after
