s techs
So I'm very happy I just put on my new S Techs, and I go to put the car back on the ground, and it looks great. (will post pics later today) But once its on the ground the rubber strut cap starts to gap from the wheel well.
Anybody have any ideas? thanks, brian. |

Time Attacks are cool, I'm ready to see those on the car with the drop, nice
What is happening when you put the car down ?I'm not understanding. you are talking about the bump stops?

no, on the inside there is a rubber cap that covers the top of the strut. that cap is rising up, so there is then a gap between it and the where it is supposed to sit. i'll try to get some pics but im not at my house.

Are you sure you reassembled the strut/spring properly?

This happened to someone else on the forums about 6 months ago.... I remember seeing pictures very similar to this. All I could suggest is searching around... might take a while. But i *do* remember that the concensus was that it's not normal. Good luck!!
